After an internal operations audit, we found it best to do a restructure to improve service to our existing and future clients. This restructure is focusing on:

  1. Communication structure

  2. Efficiency

  3. Defined Service Structure

  4. Fee adjustments

  5. Autofill details on forms

  6. Member sign in and card info saving to website

  7. and more to be announced.

Therefore, at this time, we are offering services primarily to the enrolled members of our Property Care Program (PCP) only*. 

​(*However we are still serving our others as well but in a limited capacity.)

New Procedure for all new and non-program clients:

  • Email enquiry here. If approved, please follow the instructions provided.​

    • Deposits are required at the time of booking.

    • All terms of service apply. 

    • ​​​Requests must be confirmed by us to be scheduled.

We greatly appreciate your patience while we make things better. The wait will be worth it. We've all had to make adjustments to the new market rules and laws. This is a good thing and taking advantage of this time to gage and reevaluate our service model is good for everyone. The next market flux is on its way, let's do this together!
